We Start our Journey at Oxford Hall Celtic Shop

Surrounded by a charming colonial neighborhood, the café offers a proper pot of tea and house-made meat pies, scotch eggs, and scones. Shoppers can find Celtic jewelry and wool clothing rarely available in American retail stores. For those who want to leave with tasty treats from across the pond, meat pies, shortbreads, mustards, jams, and other foods are available.

Next we go to The Front Porch Tea Room

Surrounded by meandering gardens, tall old trees, and a manicured lawn, The Front Porch takes pride in the ambiance of their tearoom as much as they do in the quality of their tea. The Victorian décor of the room boasts elegance, the dishes are presented beautifully, and all food and beverages are served on fine china atop laced tabletops. Together it summons the sense of a different era, where a patron can relax, escape the contemporary world, and enjoy a proper spot of tea. And with the High Tea special, a choice amongst 50 different teas is served with a multi-course meal of salad, scone, soup, finger sandwiches, and desert. Then across the Susquehanna to the passenger coffee & tea showroom

Every morning, the aroma of baked goods wafts from their tearoom, and the offerings from Sugarplum and Teas doesn’t stop at scones and lemon bars. From cookies to brownies, cream puffs to cakes, this tea house offers new and exciting baked goods every day, paired with a patron’s choice from over different teas brewed to order. And it doesn’t stop at the bakery. Sugarplum and Teas offers hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and salads — all to be enjoyed in their delightful stonewall tearoom, lovely teagarden, or on the go.

Once More across the mighty Susquehanna to the tea Trolley

Victorian ambiance is the mainstay of the Tea Trolly, from its multistory colonial exterior to the carefully decorated tearooms within. Take teatime in the main dining room or a private room, where the proprietors emphasize calm relaxation as its offerings are enjoyed. Gentle piano plays in the background as tea, scones, soups, finger sandwiches, and miniature desserts are served on fine china and layered trays. With atmosphere and a proper pot of tea at the fore, Tea Trolly holds dear the olde English tradition of teatime.

And Finally our journey ends in Bel Air at the lovely Tea by Two

Tea by Two takes pride in making the ritual of teatime a restorative and relaxing experience. This cozy and casual teahouse focuses on tea and light fare, offering house made pastries, finger sandwiches, and a selection of more than 60 teas. Cheerful staff and décor bring the whole experience together, making Tea by Two a place where anyone can feel well and welcome.
